Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your alora hoodie. If something isn't right, here's how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
30-day returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to start a return
Email hello@alora10.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability. The fastest way is often to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Return shipping
Returns are free within the contiguous U.S. — once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international orders, email hello@alora10.com and we'll arrange the return with you.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@alora10.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Items marked final sale, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel before an order ships; once it's shipped, it falls under the return process above.
