These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of alora10.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Alora ("Alora," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products & pricing

We try to display our products and colors as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary with your screen. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel any order — including after an order is placed — for reasons such as pricing mistakes or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation and/or ship it. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by paying, you agree to Stripe's terms. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund & Return Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the Alora name, logo, text, images, and design — are owned by Alora and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
