Every alora order is made and packed with care. Here's what to expect.
Rates & delivery times

Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment and aren't guaranteed. They don't include our processing time.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Where we ship
Free shipping applies to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). If you're in Alaska, Hawaii, a U.S. territory, or outside the U.S., email hello@alora10.com before ordering and we'll arrange shipping and give you a quote.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If it hasn't moved after a few business days, reach out and we'll look into it.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Carrier delays are outside our control, but we'll always help. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email hello@alora10.com and we'll make it right. See our Refund & Return Policy for damaged items.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but we'll do our best to help if you contact us quickly.
